Calibration is performed using 5 standard concentrations across the 0-1000 ppb range, with results read colorimetrically at 450 nm following HRP+TMB reaction. With a detection limit of 16 ppb and a quantitation range of 40-1000 ppb, the kit reliably measures even low-level soy contamination. Cross-reactivity with sesame is only 0.0002%, ensuring high specificity of results.
