Romer Labs AgraStrip® Gluten Allergen Strip Test – 10 Tests

AgraStrip® Gluten is a lateral flow device (LFD) developed by Romer Labs for rapid, field-applicable, and reliable detection of gluten residues in food production environments. It qualitatively indicates gluten traces in swab samples collected from raw materials, finished food products, beverages, rinse waters, and equipment surfaces.

This test provides a practical solution for food manufacturers and quality control laboratories requiring rapid results within allergen control programs. It delivers results in a short timeframe without requiring complex laboratory equipment and enables early detection of cross-contamination risks.

The kit operates with sensitivity up to 4 ppm gluten level and should be stored between 15°C-25°C. Each box contains 10 tests and can be used in both production line monitoring and cleaning verification processes.
