Agrastrip® Peanut Allergen Strip Test – Romer Labs (10 Tests)

Agrastrip® Peanut is a lateral flow strip test manufactured by Romer Labs, specifically designed for rapid on-site detection of peanut residues in food production facilities. Suitable for use with raw materials, finished food products, beverages, rinse water samples, and surface swabs collected from equipment.

The test provides qualitative results—detecting the presence of peanut above the established detection limit, without quantifying exact concentration. It operates with sensitivity of 1 ppm peanut allergen (on a sample basis) and 1 µg/25 cm² (on a surface swab basis), providing adequate detection capability for early identification of allergen cross-contamination.

The kit must be stored between 15°C–25°C, and the box contents are sufficient for 10 tests. The strip format requires no laboratory equipment, enabling rapid results in field and production line environments without complex infrastructure. Suitable for allergen control, sanitation verification, and supplier/production line auditing.
