The pressure-sensor-equipped measurement surface provides salt concentration (g/100g) readout in approximately 3 seconds when lightly applied to the dough surface.

The device operates within a 0.00–10.0% measurement range, offering 0.01% resolution in the 0.00–2.99% band and 0.1% resolution in the 3.0–10.0% band. Accuracy is specified as ±0.05% (of displayed value) in the lower range and ±5% relative accuracy in the higher range. Without temperature compensation, measurements are recommended under consistent ambient conditions.

IP65 protection rating enables reliable operation in flour-dust and moisture-laden production environments. At 100 grams and compact dimensions (55×31×109 mm), the device is easily held and operated with one hand. Powered by 2 AAA alkaline batteries, no cable or computer interface is required.
