Atago PAL-60S Silver Nitrate Refractometer

The PAL-60S is a digital handheld refractometer manufactured by Atago, specifically designed to measure the concentration of silver nitrate solutions. It delivers fast, repeatable results for laboratory and production personnel working with photographic chemicals, plating baths, and process solutions containing silver nitrate.

The instrument completes measurements in approximately 3 seconds using 2-3 sample drops and provides ±0.3% accuracy across the 0.0-35.0% silver nitrate range. Automatic temperature compensation maintains measurement consistency while operating in the 10.0-40.0°C range. With IP65 water resistance, it can be safely used in field and production environments beyond the laboratory. Weighing 100g with compact dimensions (5.5 × 3.1 × 10.9 cm), it is easily portable and operable with one hand; it operates wirelessly on 2 × AAA batteries.
