The instrument supports UV-Vis absorbance, fluorescence intensity, luminescence, fluorescence polarization, time-resolved fluorescence, and AlphaScreen detection modes. Proprietary Hybrid Technology optics combine the precision of filter-based fluorescence measurement with the flexibility of monochromator optics.
