The Precisa XM Series combines moisture analysis with integrated precision balance in a single instrument, featuring halogen/infrared/dark radiator heat sources. The series encompasses models EM120-HR, XM50, XM60, XM60-HR, and XM66; these models vary in capacity (52 g – 310 g) and readability (0.1 mg / 1 mg), enabling appropriate model selection based on sample type across diverse sectors including food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and agricultural industries.

Heat source selection (halogen, infrared, or dark radiator) is a common feature across models, allowing heating profile adjustment according to sample sensitivity. Models XM60, XM60-HR, and XM66 feature memory for up to 20 methods, while XM50 stores a single method; EM120-HR provides expanded method capacity. The XM60-HR and EM120-HR models, with 0.1 mg readability, are preferred for applications requiring higher measurement precision. Instruments are supplied with 30 aluminum sample pans for immediate operational readiness.

Correct model selection depends on sample quantity, required precision, and number of repeated methods. For high-precision small samples, XM60-HR or EM120-HR are recommended; for larger samples, XM66 is suitable.
