The SENSISpec INgezim Gluten R5 ELISA kit is designed for rapid and quantitative detection of gluten in food samples. It utilizes R5 Monoclonal Antibody specific to wheat, rye, and barley proteins, offering a low detection limit (LOD) of 3 ppm. This kit provides a practical solution for food manufacturers producing gluten-free products, quality control laboratories, and allergen risk management programs.

The assay operates in a 96-well microtiter plate format and is completed with a total incubation time of 130 minutes (60/60/10 minutes). Results are read spectrophotometrically at 450 nm wavelength. The kit provides quantitation using a five-point European gliadin standard ranging from 25 ng/mL to 1.56 ng/mL and delivers reliable measurements in the 3-200 ppm range. No cross-reactivity has been reported.

With proper storage at 4°C, the kit maintains a shelf life of 12 months. Results are obtained quantitatively, providing convenience in confirming regulatory compliance such as gluten-free labeling requirements (20 ppm threshold).
