ChemoMetec Solution 6 (VB-48™/PI) 1ml – Reagent for NC-250™

Solution 6 is a ready-to-use reagent solution designed for performing Viability Assays on the ChemoMetec NC-250™ cell counting instrument. It contains propidium iodide (PI), which stains dead cells, and the patented VB-48™ fluorophore that becomes fluorescent upon binding to reduced thiols in living cells. This dual-staining system enables differentiation between viable and non-viable cells based on distinct fluorescence signals.
