The NucleoCounter NC-202 is Chemometec's third-generation cassette-based automated cell counter. With enhanced hardware and NC-View software, it delivers precision, speed, and data management for cell counting applications.

A key strength of the instrument is consistency across operators and devices: variation between different users and different NC-202 units typically remains at the 5–10% level. This consistency is enabled by high-quality components and factory calibration, ensuring that results measured anywhere in the world are comparable.

The newly added DebrisIndex feature measures the amount of debris in cell culture, helping to plan downstream filtration and purification processes; it also serves as an additional indicator of overall culture health.
