Atago PAL-Cleaner is a digital handheld refractometer designed to precisely measure low concentrations of industrial cleaning liquids. With a 0.00-25.00% measurement range, 0.01% resolution, and ±0.10% accuracy, it provides concentration control for CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) systems, parts washing, and ultrasonic cleaning lines.

Accurate concentration control in industrial cleaning processes directly impacts both cleaning effectiveness and chemical cost efficiency. Low concentration results in insufficient cleaning performance, while excessive concentration leads to unnecessary chemical consumption. PAL-Cleaner delivers consistent results even in hot wash processes thanks to automatic temperature compensation from 10-100°C. Only 2-3 sample drops are required, with results displayed in approximately 3 seconds.

With IP65 protection rating, the device is resistant to water and dust in harsh industrial environments and is suitable for on-site use directly on the production line.
