AgraQuant® Ovalbumin Test Kit – 48 Well ELISA Kit (Romer Labs)

AgraQuant® Ovalbumin is a sandwich ELISA test kit manufactured by Romer Labs, designed for quantitative detection of ovalbumin (egg protein) in food samples. It is applicable across a wide range of sample types, from raw and processed food samples to environmental surface rinse waters.

The kit provides quantitation in the 25-500 ppb range and can detect low-level allergen residues with a 4 ppb detection limit (LOD). The 25 ppb quantitation limit (LOQ) enables manufacturers to validate food safety compliance and labeling accuracy. The 48-well format is well-suited for medium-scale laboratory analytical workflows.

The kit must be stored between 2°C – 8°C and used in a laboratory environment. Due to its quantitative result format, the actual ovalbumin concentration in the sample can be determined, rather than simply presence/absence detection.
