Atago PAL-HIKARi 3 MINi Cherry Tomato Brix Meter

The PAL-HIKARi 3 MINi is Atago's handheld Brix meter that utilizes infrared (IR) spectroscopy technology to directly measure small fruits such as cherry tomatoes without cutting or squeezing the sample. Simply place the tomato in the measurement chamber to obtain results within seconds.

Traditional measurement methods for cherry tomato production require cutting or squeezing the fruit, leading to product loss and inefficient workflow. The PAL-HIKARi 3 MINi delivers fast and reproducible results across the 3.0-15.0% Brix range with ±1.5% accuracy, enabling greenhouse producers, packing facilities, and quality control teams to implement reliable non-destructive testing protocols.

The instrument features IP65 protection rating suitable for greenhouse and field environments. The operating temperature range is 15-35°C. Its compact and lightweight design allows single-hand operation, making it practical for on-site measurements.
