Atago PAL-HIKARi 16 Pocket IR Brix Meter for Cherries

PAL-HIKARi 16 is a pocket-type IR refractometer specially calibrated by Atago for cherry applications. With a measurement range of 12.0-26.0% Brix and 0.1% Brix resolution, it enables practical determination of sugar content in cherries.

The instrument is designed for cherry growers, packaging facilities, and export control checkpoints. An accuracy of ±1.5% and repeatability of ±1.0% enable consistent quality comparison across different cherry batches. Temperature compensation in the range of 15.0-30.0°C ensures reliable results under orchard and field conditions.

The IP65 protection rating makes the device resistant to dust and water, making it suitable for use in challenging environments such as orchards and packaging facilities. Its compact body allows single-handed operation and enables rapid measurement cycles.
