AgraQuant® Crustacea Test Kit is a sandwich ELISA assay developed for the quantitative determination of tropomyosin, the major allergen of crustaceans, in food samples. Designed for food safety and allergen control laboratories.

The kit can be used in raw and processed food samples as well as in equipment rinse waters for environmental hygiene monitoring. With a quantitation range of 20-400 ppb tropomyosin (0.1-2 ppm crustacean protein), it reliably detects both low and high levels of contamination. With a detection limit as low as 0.9 ppb, it can capture trace-level contamination.

The 48-well format provides a practical working volume suitable for routine sample workflow. Manufactured under Romer Labs quality assurance, the kit can be used in production and quality assurance processes requiring allergen labeling compliance and cross-contamination control.
