AgraQuant® Egg White Test Kit 48 Wells – Romer Labs

AgraQuant® Egg White Test Kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for quantitative measurement of egg white protein in food samples and rinse water samples collected from environmental surfaces. Manufactured by Romer Labs, the kit is designed for food safety and quality control laboratories performing allergen control analysis.

The kit features a quantitation range of 0.4-10 ppm and a detection limit of 0.05 ppm, enabling detection of even low-level contamination. The 48-well format allows analysis of multiple samples in a single run. Because results are obtained quantitatively, the actual protein concentration in the sample can be determined, not merely presence/absence.

Applicable across a wide range of samples from raw and processed food specimens to equipment surface rinse waters, the kit is designed for laboratory use. Storage conditions of 2-8°C are compatible with standard laboratory refrigerator specifications.
