Via1-Cassette™ ChemoMetec NucleoCounter NC-200/NC-3000 Cassette (100 Units)

Via1-Cassette™ is a pre-filled single-use cassette designed for use with ChemoMetec NucleoCounter NC-200™ and NC-3000™ cell analyzers, containing two fluorescent dyes (Acridine Orange and DAPI) for rapid and reliable live/dead cell enumeration in cell culture and bioprocess laboratories.

When approximately 60 µl of cell sample is loaded into the cassette, the pre-dried Acridine Orange and DAPI dissolve instantly. Acridine Orange stains all cells in the sample (both live and dead) enabling total cell count; DAPI penetrates only cells with compromised membrane integrity, providing dead cell staining. This dual-dye system allows direct viability percentage calculation without requiring separate sample preparation or manual staining steps.

Cassettes are single-use with pre-calibrated dye quantities, ensuring consistency across users and reducing sample preparation time. Supplied in 100-unit packs, making them a cost-effective and practical choice for high-throughput laboratory operations.
