ChemoMetec Solution 16 Propidium 1ml – NC-3000 Reagent

Solution 16 is a propidium iodide-based reagent developed for the ChemoMetec NC-3000 cell analysis instrument. It binds to DNA and RNA in cells with compromised membrane integrity (non-viable cells), enabling their discrimination through fluorescent signal detection. This is a practical solution for laboratories conducting cell viability and apoptosis studies.

When working on the NC-3000 platform, Solution 16 is used in Annexin V Assay, Caspase Assay, and GFP Transfection Assay protocols to facilitate detection of cells with disrupted membrane integrity. Its 1 ml format is suitable for small-scale experiments and routine viability controls.

This reagent is manufactured for use with ChemoMetec's NC-3000 image-based cytometry system and is formulated for compatibility with the platform's other test kits.
