TBE 10x Electrophoresis Buffer is a concentrated buffer solution formulated for laboratories performing DNA/RNA separation in agarose and polyacrylamide gels. Prepared with ultrapure water and filter sterilized, it is ready for direct dilution and application.

The product is a standard Tris-Borate-EDTA formulation that must be diluted to 1x working concentration prior to electrophoresis.
