ClearBand Lyse & Load – Ready-to-Use Lysis and Sample Loading Buffer (5 mL)

ClearBand Lyse & Load is a pre-mixed buffer designed to simplify protein sample preparation prior to SDS-PAGE loading. It combines RIPA Lysis Buffer with Laemmli Sample Buffer in one solution, eliminating the need for separate cell lysis and sample buffer preparation steps.

Before use, add 25 μl β-mercaptoethanol per 1 mL of ClearBand Lyse & Load. This reducing agent facilitates disulfide bond cleavage, ensuring proper protein separation during SDS-PAGE.

Performing both cell lysis and sample preparation in a single tube saves time in Western Blotting workflows and reduces the risk of errors during sample preparation. This is a practical solution for laboratories conducting genetic research and Western Blotting experiments.
