The INNO-W8 is an advanced microplate washing instrument designed to maximize laboratory productivity and throughput. Featuring microprocessor-controlled automation, it completes plate washing cycles with precision and consistency. The integrated liquid level sensing function automatically detects fluid levels and provides audible alarm alerts when cleaning solution is insufficient or waste liquid overflow is detected. The user-friendly operating interface enables customization of microplate type, wash cycle counts, solution volume, wash method, aspiration points, incubation time, and shaking duration. The self-balancing wash head performs two-point aspiration and bottom-washing operations. Two automated wash modes with programmable incubation and shaking cycles are time-adjustable to minimize adsorbance interference during reaction.

Frequently Asked Questions

What microplate types are compatible with the INNO-W8?
The INNO-W8 supports four microplate bottom configurations: flat bottom, U-bottom, V-bottom, and round bottom wells for maximum compatibility with standard and specialty microplates.
Can I customize the wash parameters?
Yes. The intuitive touchscreen interface allows full customization of wash cycle counts, solution volumes, wash methods, aspiration points, incubation duration, and shaking parameters. Up to 200 different protocols can be programmed and stored.
What is the minimum residual volume after aspiration?
The INNO-W8 achieves an average residual volume of less than 1μl per well, ensuring thorough and efficient microplate cleaning.
Does the INNO-W8 have liquid level monitoring?
Yes. The integrated liquid level detection automatically monitors cleaning solution and waste reservoirs, providing an alarm alert when solution is low or when waste approaches overflow capacity.
What wash head options are available?
The INNO-W8 is available with either 8-channel or 12-channel wash heads to accommodate different microplate formats and throughput requirements.
What power specifications are required?
The INNO-W8 operates on AC 220V±10% (50/60Hz) or 110V±10% (60Hz) and consumes only 80W of power, making it suitable for standard laboratory electrical infrastructure.
