The EL406 is a versatile microplate processing system that integrates plate washing with three reagent dispensing modes in a compact footprint. Engineered for laboratories performing ELISA automation, magnetic bead washing, cell washing and media exchange, and bulk reagent distribution.

Patented Dual-Action™ manifold technology enables gentle washing of loosely adherent monolayer cell cultures without damage; the Ultrasonic Advantage™ feature minimizes tube clogging prior to dispensing, reducing assay errors. Combined syringe pump and peristaltic pump dispensers provide versatile applications ranging from precise low-volume dispensing to high-volume bulk washing in a single instrument.

Biomagnetic separation and optional vacuum filtration modules enable flexible protocol development for bead-based and cell-based assays. LHC2 software supports multi-protocol creation and management; optional 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and SiLA driver compatibility ensure seamless integration into regulated laboratory environments. Integrates with automation systems including BioStack and BioSpa 8.
