Awareness Technology ChemWell Fusion 4800 Automated ELISA Analyzer

The ChemWell Fusion 4800 is a PC-controlled analyzer that automates the complete ELISA workflow—incubation, washing, and absorbance reading—in a single instrument. By eliminating manual steps, it reduces hands-on time and minimizes operator-dependent variability.

The analyzer performs optical reading with an 8-filter, 4-channel photometer operating in the 340–750 nm range; the 8-channel programmable washing head standardizes well-washing procedures. It delivers precise liquid handling across sample volumes ranging from 2 µL to 1.95 mL and operates with standard 96-well microplates. Temperature control options—25°C, 37°C, and ambient—ensure consistency in ELISA protocols requiring temperature-dependent incubation steps.

The integrated software provides quality control functions, patient ID tracking, and LIS connectivity, enabling seamless integration into laboratory workflows. An optional external RCA reagent cooler module maintains reagent stability at controlled temperatures throughout the assay.

Suitable for infectious disease and veterinary serology testing, the ChemWell Fusion 4800 addresses mid-to-high-throughput ELISA automation requirements in clinical and research settings.
