ChemoMetec SP1-Cassette™ – Disposable Cassette for NucleoCounter SP-100™

SP1-Cassette™ is a disposable cassette with propidium iodide (PI) fluorescent dye immobilized in the internal flow channels. When approximately 60 µl of cell sample is loaded into the cassette, the PI dissolves, mixes with the sample, and stains the nuclei of dead sperm cells. This simplifies sample preparation steps and enables rapid result acquisition.

SP1-Cassette™ is designed for use with ChemoMetec NucleoCounter SP-100™ instrument and works in conjunction with Reagent S100. Its disposable design minimizes cross-contamination risk between samples and streamlines laboratory workflow. It provides a practical solution for sperm viability analysis in reproductive laboratories and andrology centers.
