The Atago PR-201α is a digital refractometer specifically engineered for Brix measurement of high-sugar and high-concentration products including jams, marmalades, concentrated fruit juices, and industrial lubricants. With a measurement range of 0.0-60.0% Brix and an accuracy of ±0.1%, it covers a broader concentration spectrum compared to other Atago Palette series models.

The instrument provides readings with 0.1 Brix resolution and offers automatic temperature compensation within the 10-40°C range. Powered by a 9V (006P) battery, it weighs 270g with compact dimensions of 17×9×4 cm, making it suitable for both field and laboratory applications.
