AgraQuant® Walnut ELISA Test Kit – 48 Wells

AgraQuant® Walnut Test Kit is a sandwich ELISA assay developed for quantitative measurement of walnut residues in food samples. Manufactured by Romer Labs, the kit is designed for food safety and allergen control laboratories.

The kit can detect walnut presence across a broad sample range—from raw and processed food samples to environmental surface rinse waters. With a walnut quantitation range of 2-60 ppm and a limit of detection of 0.35 ppm, it enables both trace-level detection and accurate measurement of higher concentrations. The 48-well format allows analysis of medium-sized sample series in a single run.

Results are obtained quantitatively, providing not merely presence/absence information but numerical data reflecting the actual walnut content in samples.
