ChemoMetec Solution 12 DAPI 1ml – Reagent for NC Series

ChemoMetec Solution 12 is a 1ml staining reagent containing DAPI (4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindol) and is formulated for compatibility with NC-250 and NC-3000 cell counting instruments. DAPI binds to double-stranded DNA in cells with compromised membrane integrity (dead cells), generating a fluorescent signal; this enables live/dead cell discrimination and cell cycle phase analysis.

This solution is specifically designed for use in Aggregated Cell Assay and Two-Step Cell Cycle Assay protocols, used in combination with Solution 10 and Solution 11. It is an integral component of the ChemoMetec instrument consumable ecosystem for researchers performing cell viability and cell cycle phase analysis in the laboratory.
