The Atago PAL-Release Agent is a specialized-purpose digital refractometer designed for rapid and precise measurement of mold release agent solution concentration. It has been developed for quality control processes in fields such as plastic injection molding, die casting, and composite manufacturing where accurate monitoring of solution ratios is critical.

The instrument provides ±0.10% accuracy and 0.01% minimum display resolution within the 0.00-25.00% measurement range. With only 2-3 drops of sample required and results delivered in approximately 3 seconds, it enables rapid process control on the production line. Automatic temperature compensation between 10-100°C ensures consistent measurements across varying environmental conditions.

The metal-bodied design with IP65 water resistance withstands moisture and dust conditions typical of manufacturing environments. Its compact size and lightweight construction make it suitable for both laboratory and field deployment.
