Romer Labs AgraStrip® Brazil Nut Allergen Strip Test – 10 Tests

The AgraStrip® Brazil Nut Test Kit, manufactured by Romer Labs, is a lateral flow device (LFD) designed for on-site (in-house) detection of Brazil nut allergen residues in raw materials, finished food products, beverages, rinse waters, and environmental surfaces. It delivers rapid and reliable qualitative results without requiring laboratory infrastructure.

The device operates in strip/cartridge format and can detect Brazil nut residues down to 5 ppm in food samples; for surface swab testing, it provides 5 µg sensitivity over a 25 cm² area. This low detection limit is critical for monitoring cross-contamination risks and validating allergen management programs.

Used in food production facilities for allergen control, cleaning verification, and supplier audits, this test provides qualitative results (present/absent); it is not designed for quantitative analysis. Each box contains 10 tests and the kit should be stored between 15°C and 25°C.
