Chemical-grade diaphragm pumps represent an optimal solution for continuous, oil-free pumping of corrosive gases and vapors. The two-stage design provides an advantageous combination of high pumping speed and low ultimate vacuum. All critical components in contact with the pumped medium are constructed from chemically resistant fluoroplastics. Proven PTFE sandwich diaphragms enhance reliability and extend operating life. The MZ 1C pump features a gas ballast valve that increases pumping capacity for condensable vapors with continuous condensate discharge capability. The unit offers space-saving installation and fine design for excellent vacuum performance. A manual vacuum regulator valve with control indicator is available as an accessory for pump speed and ultimate vacuum adjustment.
