BioTeZ IAC Aflatoxin Total columns are immunoaffinity columns designed for extract clean-up prior to total aflatoxin (B1, B2, G1, G2) determination in food and feed samples. These columns provide precise and reproducible results for laboratories operating HPLC-FLD systems.

The column is effective across a working range of 0.04–200 ng total aflatoxin per IAC with a column capacity of 1.8 µg. Recovery rates are measured at >90%±5% for total aflatoxin, >95%±5% for AFB1, >90%±5% for AFB2, >95%±5% for AFG1, and >90%±5% for AFG2. Cross-reactivity values have been determined at 100% for AFB1, 101% for AFG1, 86% for AFB2, and 82% for AFG2.

Manufactured by BBI Solutions, these columns are supplied in 3 ml format with flexible packaging options (10, 30, 50, 100 columns), providing suitable solutions for both low-throughput laboratories and high-volume analytical facilities.
