Atago PAL-BX|ACID6 Master Kit – Banana Brix-Acid Analyzer

The PAL-BX|ACID6 Master Kit is a digital analyzer that combines ATAGO's refractometry and electrical conductivity technologies in a hybrid system to simultaneously measure Brix, malic acid, and sugar/acid ratio in bananas and banana products. It is specifically optimized for the low acidity range of bananas (0.10-0.60%).

Unlike conventional titration methods, it requires no reagents or glassware; the sample is placed on the prism and a result is obtained in approximately 3 seconds by pressing the START button. This enables rapid quality control in banana plantations, storage facilities, and processing lines.

The Master Kit includes a digital scale, glass beaker, and accessories required for measurement, allowing users to begin the analysis process without purchasing additional equipment. With IP65 protection rating and a compact, lightweight design, it operates reliably under field conditions.
