Mango Acid Meter PAL-Easy ACID15 Master Kit – Atago

PAL-Easy ACID15 Master Kit is a portable acid meter manufactured by Atago, operating on the electrical conductivity principle with citric+malic acid calibration. It rapidly determines citric acid equivalent concentration (%) in fresh mango, mango juice, mango puree, and dried mango products without requiring reagents.

The device performs measurements in the range of 0.10-4.00%; offering 0.01% acid resolution and ±0.10% acid accuracy in the 0.10-1.00% range, and ±10% relative accuracy in the 1.01-4.00% range. Delivering results in approximately 3 seconds, the device enables measurement without glass materials and reagents compared to traditional titration methods.

With IP65 protection rating and 100 g weight, it is suitable for field applications; approximately 5000 measurements can be performed with 2 x AAA batteries. The Master Kit package includes digital scale, glass beaker, and measuring spoon as accessories required for measurement.

It provides a practical solution for mango processing facilities, quality control laboratories, and fruit juice producers.
