Liqueur Acid Meter PAL-Easy ACID121 Master Kit – Atago

The PAL-Easy ACID121 Master Kit is a portable acid meter developed by Atago using electrical conductivity technology to measure acid concentration in liqueurs, cream liqueurs, fruit liqueurs, and other alcoholic spirits. Compared to traditional titration methods, it offers a safer and faster measurement capability by eliminating the need for reagents and glassware.

The meter operates within the 0.50-25.0% acid range, requiring only the placement of the sample in the measurement cell and pressing the START button; the result is displayed on the digital screen in approximately 3 seconds. It provides ±0.10% acid accuracy at low acid levels (0.10-1.00%) and ±10% relative accuracy at high acid levels (1.01-25.0%). With 0.01% acid resolution, it captures fine differences in measurements.

With an IP65 protection rating, it is resistant to liquid splashing in production environments, operates on 2 AAA batteries, and its compact body (55×31×109 mm) weighing 100 grams can be easily used in the field or laboratory. An operating temperature range of 10.0-40.0°C adapts to various production conditions. It is a practical measurement tool for liqueur manufacturers requiring rapid acid monitoring in quality control processes.
