ATAGO PAL-Easy ACID101 Master Kit – Beer and Alcoholic Beverage Acidity Meter

PAL-Easy ACID101 Master Kit is a portable device from ATAGO that rapidly and conveniently measures total acidity concentration (%) in beer and alcoholic beverages using electrical conductivity-based measurement technology. By eliminating the need for reagents compared to traditional titration methods and not requiring glassware, it provides safe and fast operation both on production lines and in laboratory settings.

The device covers a 0.10-20.00% acidity range, making it suitable for measuring acidity in various beer types including lager, ale, and stout. It provides ±0.10% acidity accuracy in the 0.10-1.00% range, and ±10% relative precision at higher acidity levels. Results are obtained in 3 seconds with just a single sample drop, delivering significant time savings in quality control processes.

With its compact dimensions (55×31×109 mm) and 100 g weight, it is easily portable and withstands harsh production environments thanks to its IP65 protection rating. It operates on 2 x AAA batteries and can perform approximately 5000 measurements. The Master Kit package includes all accessories required for measurement.
