Cherry Acid Meter PAL-Easy ACID16 Master Kit – Atago

The PAL-Easy ACID16 Master Kit is a portable digital acid meter designed by Atago to measure malic acid concentration in cherries, cherry juice, cherry jam, and cherry concentrate. It operates on the principle of electrical conductivity and delivers rapid results without requiring reagents, glassware, or time-consuming titration procedures.

The instrument measures within the 0.10-3.00% range, covering varying acidity levels in different cherry products such as sweet cherries, sour cherries, cherry juice, and preserves. It provides ±0.10% acid accuracy in the 0.10-1.00% range and ±10% relative sensitivity in the 1.01-3.00% range. Results are delivered in approximately 3 seconds with internal automatic temperature compensation for reliable operation between 10-40°C.

With IP65 protection rating and a lightweight design of 100 grams, it is easily deployable in orchard, processing facility, or laboratory environments. The Master Kit includes essential measurement accessories such as a digital balance, glass beaker, and measuring spoon. It is a practical solution for cherry producers, quality control operations, and post-harvest ripeness monitoring.
