Atago PAL-BX|ACID15 Master Kit – Mango Brix-Acid Analyzer

The PAL-BX|ACID15 Master Kit is a portable analyzer that combines Atago's hybrid measurement technology—integrating refractometry and electrical conductivity principles—to measure Brix, citric acid, and sugar/acid ratio in mango and mango-derived products in approximately 3 seconds. It provides a practical, reagent-free solution for mango processing facilities, quality control laboratories, and agricultural operations.

With an extensive Brix range (0.0-90.0%) and a citric acid range specifically optimized for mangoes (0.10-4.00%), measurements can be performed across varying ripeness levels from raw fruit to overripe puree. The IP65 protection rating and ultra-lightweight 100 g design make it suitable for both field and facility use; powered by 2 AAA batteries, it delivers approximately 5000 measurement cycles per charge. Eliminating the need for glass cuvettes or chemical reagents reduces both breakage risk and disposal costs. The Master Kit includes complementary accessories—digital scale, glass beaker, and measuring spoon—enabling out-of-box readiness.
