Atago PAL-57S Nickel Sulfate Refractometer

The PAL-57S is a digital handheld refractometer specifically calibrated for measuring the concentration of nickel sulfate (NiSO₄) in aqueous solutions. Developed for process control specialists in galvanic plating and electrolyte production lines.

The instrument measures NiSO₄ concentration in the range of 0.0–10.0% with 0.1% resolution and ±0.2% accuracy, while simultaneously displaying temperature in the range of 10.0–40.0°C with 0.1°C resolution. Only 2–3 drops of sample are required, enabling rapid and practical quality control checks directly on the production line. With IP65 protection rating, it operates reliably in humid and dusty industrial environments.

Compared to conventional spectrophotometric analysis methods, the PAL-57S delivers significantly faster results, making it a practical alternative for quality control and production teams committed to maintaining coating quality.
