Atago NAR-1T LIQUID Abbe Refractometer – For Liquid Samples

The NAR-1T LIQUID is Atago's standard Abbe refractometer model specially developed for liquid samples. The dual-scale system allows you to read both refractive index and Brix values simultaneously, giving you access to two different measurements with a single instrument.

With a wide refractive index range (1.3000-1.7000 nD) and Brix range (%0-95), the instrument is suitable for analyzing water-based solutions, syrups, organic liquids, and industrial liquid products. Since calibration can be performed with distilled water, no additional reference standard materials are required, reducing operational costs.

The model is designed solely for liquid samples; solid or semi-solid sample measurement is not supported. Without IP65 water resistance and automatic temperature compensation, manual temperature monitoring and/or control may be necessary during measurements. Its economical design and simple operation make it an appropriate laboratory solution for basic liquid analysis requirements.
