Awareness Technology ChemWell 2910 Automated ELISA and Clinical Chemistry Analyzer

The ChemWell 2910 is an open-system analyzer capable of running ELISA and clinical chemistry assays simultaneously on the same platform. The instrument consolidates reagent dispensing, incubation, mixing, washing, and colorimetric detection steps into a single unit, optimizing laboratory footprint and operational costs.

The analyzer features an 8-filter, 4-channel photometric detection system operating across 340–750 nm wavelength range for endpoint and kinetic reaction measurements. Precise liquid handling is maintained across sample volumes from 2 µL to 1.95 mL, using standard 96-well microplate format. An 8-channel programmable washing head with automatic prime and rinse functions eliminates manual washing steps and reduces hands-on time.

The integrated thermostatic control operates at 25 °C, 37 °C, and ambient temperature, providing thermal flexibility for diverse assay protocols. PC-based control software supports quality control management, patient ID tracking, and Laboratory Information System (LIS) integration to streamline laboratory workflows. An optional external RCA reagent refrigeration module preserves reagent stability throughout extended test periods.

As an open system, users can define custom protocols, enabling flexibility across multiple ELISA kits and clinical chemistry assays. The ChemWell 2910 provides practical automation for small to mid-sized laboratories seeking to reduce manual error and improve assay reproducibility.
