ChemoMetec Reagent B – pH Stabilization Buffer (500 ml)

Reagent B is a pH stabilization buffer used in combination with Reagent A in ChemoMetec NucleoCounter series cell counting instruments. During sample preparation, it elevates pH to prevent DNA degradation and enhances the binding efficiency of DAPI dye to target regions, thereby supporting the accuracy of counting results.

Reagent B is a manufacturer-approved original consumable produced for users performing routine cell counting with NC-100, NC-200, NC-250, and NC-3000 instruments in cell culture and bioprocess laboratories.
