ChemoMetec Solution 5 (VB-48™ PI-AO) 1ml – Cell Viability Stain Kit for NC-3000™

Solution 5 is a specialized staining reagent designed for viability assays using the ChemoMetec NC-3000™ cell counting and analysis system. The formulation contains propidium iodide (PI) for dead cell staining, acridine orange (AO) for total cell staining (viable + non-viable), and the patented VB-48™ fluorophore that fluoresces upon binding to reduced thiols.

This combination enables discrimination between live and dead cells within a cell population, while simultaneously providing information on cellular thiol/redox status. The product is supplied as a ready-to-use 1ml preparation fully compatible with the NC-3000™ platform.
