ChemoMetec Solution 10 Lysis Buffer 100ml

Solution 10 is a low pH lysis buffer developed for ChemoMetec NucleoCounter instruments. Supplied in a 100 ml volume and used as a reagent in various cell analysis protocols on NC-200, NC-250, and NC-3000 cell counting systems.

This solution is used for disruption of cell membranes in ChemoMetec protocols such as Viability and Count – Collected Cells Test, Collected Cell Count Test, and Two-Step Cell Cycle Test.
