ChemoMetec Solution 11 Stabilization Buffer 100ml

Solution 11 is a pH stabilization buffer used in the Two-Step Cell Cycle Analysis protocol with ChemoMetec NC-250 and NC-3000 cell counting/analysis instruments, in combination with Solution 10. In the assay, it elevates pH to prevent DNA degradation and enhances DAPI binding efficiency, thereby delivering more reliable cell cycle measurements.

This 100ml volume original ChemoMetec consumable is formulated according to the instrument manufacturer's protocol to provide consistent and reproducible results. For laboratories performing cell cycle analysis, it is a complementary reagent that must be used together with Solution 10.
