The Atago PAL-32S is a digital refractometer specifically designed for measuring phosphoric acid/water solution concentration. Operating in the 0.0-20.0% measurement range with ±0.4% accuracy, it delivers results in approximately 3 seconds using only 2-3 drops of sample. This instrument is ideal for laboratories performing phosphoric acid quality control in fertilizer production, metal surface treatment, chemical synthesis, and beverage manufacturing.

Automatically compensated for ambient temperature fluctuations, the PAL-32S provides consistent results independent of environmental conditions. An IP65-rated water-resistant housing enables secure operation in harsh production floor environments. Powered by 2 × AAA batteries with a compact design, it offers portability for field measurements or benchtop laboratory use. The 0.1 resolution capability enables discrimination of fine concentration differences.

The PAL-32S requires no sample preparation—a few drops are sufficient, reducing measurement time in repetitive quality control testing cycles. Calibration certification is available as an optional accessory.
