Atago PAL-21S Dextrin Refractometer

The PAL-21S is a specialized digital refractometer manufactured by ATAGO designed for rapid and precise measurement of dextrin aqueous solution concentration. Developed for laboratory and production line dextrin quality control in food manufacturing, paper processing, textile industry, and adhesive production.

The instrument performs measurements across the 0.0-30.0% (w/w) range with ±0.3% accuracy and 0.1 Brix resolution. Requiring only 2-3 drops of sample with approximately 3-second measurement time, it delivers substantial time savings compared to traditional methods such as titration or gravimetric analysis. Automatic temperature compensation from 10-40°C ensures consistent results across varying environmental conditions.
