ATAGO Dehydration Checker – Dehydration Control Refractometer

The ATAGO Dehydration Checker is a specialized refractometer designed for rapid and straightforward assessment of dehydration levels from urine samples. Rather than requiring numerical SG value interpretation, the device delivers results through intuitive green (normal) or red (caution) LED indicators, eliminating the need for value interpretation expertise.

The instrument produces results in just 3 seconds using only 0.3 ml sample volume and operates via a single START button, requiring no additional training. Powered by 2×AAA batteries, it functions wirelessly for portable field, clinical, or farm-based use. Compatible with both human and animal specimens, enabling versatility across veterinary and healthcare applications.

Operates within a 10°C-35°C measurement temperature range. As temperature compensation and IP65 protection are not incorporated, measurements must be conducted within the specified temperature window and controlled environments.
