The Standard Extraction Hood is a Pag Laboratory-manufactured fume exhaust system designed for safe removal of corrosive chemical vapors and gases in laboratory environments. Combining a galvanized steel body, industrial ceramic work surface, and 6mm tempered glass sash system, it delivers durability and safety in a single solution.

The body is phosphate-washed and coated with epoxy powder paint, then cured at 200°C for protection against chemical and mechanical wear. The work surface features industrial-grade ceramic for superior chemical resistance and easy cleaning. The sash system operates smoothly and quietly through aluminum framing and plastic-lined glass channels.

On the exhaust side, a polypropylene centrifugal fan is controlled via Siemens inverter, with airflow monitoring displayed on a Schneider FM 500 unit. Electrical accessories include Gewiss IP66 outlets, task lighting, and emergency stop button. Water and gas lines feature Far-brand valves and industrial ceramic drip cup. Mobile base cabinets are finished in RAL 7047 epoxy paint. The unit complies with DIN 12924 and DIN EN 14175-2 standards.

This extraction hood provides a reliable foundation for safe working environments in chemistry, biology, and materials laboratories.
