Soif DBR95 Digital Handheld Refractometer (0-95 Brix)

The Soif DBR95 is a digital handheld refractometer operating across a wide measurement range of 0-95 Brix. It is ideally suited for laboratory and production environments requiring rapid and accurate Brix determination of food and beverage samples with elevated sugar/syrup concentrations. The digital display provides superior readability compared to conventional analog handheld refractometers. The instrument is equipped with automatic temperature compensation (ATC), which automatically corrects measurement results across varying ambient temperatures. With 0.1% accuracy, consistent and reliable measurements are achieved. Measuring 185 x 59 x 45 mm and weighing 230 grams, the device is portable and suitable for field applications. The instrument does not feature IP65 protection rating and should therefore be used with care in environments with high humidity or water contact. The extended Brix range offers a distinct advantage over standard 0-32 Brix instruments, particularly for measuring dense products such as honey, jam, syrup, and concentrated fruit juice.
