AgraStrip® Mustard is a lateral flow (LFD) strip test designed to detect mustard residues in raw materials, finished food products, beverages, rinse waters, and environmental surfaces on-site. Suitable for quality control laboratories and production facilities managing food safety and allergen contamination risks.

The test provides qualitative results; it simply shows whether mustard traces are present in the sample or not, and requires no separate reader device. This enables immediate on-site testing on production lines or in the field. Developed with Romer Labs' reliable LFD technology, the kit can capture trace amounts of mustard residues thanks to its low detection limit.

The box contains 10 tests, providing sufficient capacity for routine sample screening or periodic line cleaning verification. Proper attention to storage conditions (15-25°C) is important for maintaining test performance.
